Alec has worked within then construction and property industry for over 15 years. He is a Chartered Quantity Surveyor (MRICS) and has specialised within the residential sector. Alec has extensive experience in the private rented sector from the commercial delivery of construction projects ranging from £20-£250m. In 2018 Alec Co-Founded an operational company, managing decentralised multifamily assets across London and Cambridge.

Jamie has worked in the construction/real estate industry since 2007. He is a Chartered Building Surveyor (MRICS) with extensive experience in the private rented sector and is an expert in both the Project Director and Project Management roles of a project Jamie has led teams to develop schemes ranging from 45-605 units in the London area. In 2018, along with Alec, Jamie set up an operational company improving the tenancy experience of their residence.

Bruce is an energetic and proactive business leader with a wealth of experience in real estate, equity investing and banking. He is results orientated, a team player and has demonstrated very strong resilience over his working life. His track record is strong both on equity and debt while also more appropriately understanding when to realise value for all stakeholders.

James has over 20 years multi sector experience in the client facing consulting and business development. His career began at the turn of the century where he spent 13 years within the financial and commodities markets before pivoting to the world of tech-based solutions. For the last 7years he has been advising on SAAS platforms and Proptech solutions for construction and real estate space
